An exchange is possible as long as you have not worn your watch and the last date for returning a product is within 7 days of receiving the product.

Your little piece of nature will always be shipped in a branded hardwood package with an attractive jute bag. Inside you will find the bamboo box, that arrives with a toolkit containing your warranty card and authenticity certificate, cleaning cloth and toolkit for adjusting the wristband.
We offer engraving on all our models. In order to add a personal engraved message, simply select the “add engraving” option on our product page. Once you select the engraving option, a popup will appear in which you can enter your engraved message.

Our products are produced using wood that is FSC certified or from byproducts of the furniture industry.
We like to say that our wristwatches are resistant to contact with water due to the fact that we have sealed all our models against water penetration. Do not worry about washing the dishes or coming into contact with small amounts of water. However, we do not recommend diving off a 100-meter cliff into the Pacific Ocean…

This means that you will only see that the wristwatch is working when several minutes have elapsed, or by looking at the bottom Stopwatch hand. In order to get the most out of your little piece of nature, we strongly advise to read the specifications on the relevant product page before operating the watch. Moreover, you can use the size chart that we prepared especially for you on YouTube (Add Link).
